Stuart is Senior Environmental Counsel for Tyson Foods, Inc. In this role, he provides advice on matters in all environmental media for Tyson’s facilities in the 30 states in which they operate. Before joining Tyson, Stuart was Counsel at Mitchell Williams. His practice focused on advising clients primarily on environmental, energy, and natural resources issues. Prior to joining Mitchell Williams, Stuart worked in various legal and managerial positions at the Arkansas Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ) starting in 2010. Before departing DEQ, he last served as the DEQ Senior Associate Director and as the DEQ Office of Air Quality (OAQ) Associate Director. Stuart received his undergraduate degree from Harding University. He received his J.D. from the Bowen School of Law in Little Rock.
