Thomas Nichols is the Director of Legal and Advocacy Services at Disability Rights Arkansas, Inc., the state’s protection and advocacy system.  Thomas manages the program staff of the organization, which consists of the attorneys and advocates who supply advocacy, representation, and other assistance to individuals with disabilities.  Thomas has been practicing law for thirteen years, more than half of which has been with Disability Rights.  Prior to Disability Rights, Thomas practiced in a private law firm where he represented victims of medical negligence and neglect.
