Help Neighbors Wake Up at Home

Support Legal Aid's Efforts to Fight Wrongful Evictions

In eviction lawsuits, landlords are almost always represented by an attorney. Tenants, however, are almost never represented. This leads to most tenants losing their cases by default.

We have experienced a 160.8% increase in landlord/tenant cases in October alone. Losing your housing during a world-wide pandemic is an unimaginable situation to be in, but it’s happening every day.

This year for #GivingTuesday, we are raising $5,000 together to provide free legal services to low-income families faced with eviction during COVID-19.

We are all in this together, help us reach our goal here!

Thank you for your commitment to equal access to justice.
