Annie Smith is a professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law and directs its Civil Litigation and Advocacy Clinic and Human Trafficking Clinic. Prior to joining the faculty, Professor Smith taught at the George Washington University School of Law and practiced at Legal Services of New Jersey where she represented farm workers and other low-wage workers. Among other things, she and her students represent clients with wage-related claims. Professor Smith currently serves as the Legal Aid of Arkansas Board Chair.
