Chuck Munson graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law with a J.D. in 2006 and LL.M. in 2007. For the first two years of his career, he worked at a legal aid office in Montana, representing low-income Montanans, mostly in consumer law cases.  From 2009-2021, he worked for three Montana Attorneys General representing the citizens of Montana in consumer protection, agriculture, and antitrust cases. Chuck is a native-born Arkansan and moved back to Arkansas in July 2021 to work at the Arkansas Supreme Court Clerk’s Office and be closer to family.
