Tonya Cater has been employed by Social Security since June 2004. She served as a Claims Specialist from 2004 – 2012.  She was promoted to Technical Expert in April 2012 and continued in that position until the end of 2014.  In January 2015, she changed positions to Public Affairs Specialist and continues in that role today.
