USDA Discrimination Financial Assistance Program (DFAP)
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Discrimination Financial Assistance Program (DFAP) will provide financial assistance to farmers, ranchers and forest landowners who experienced discrimination by USDA in USDA's farm lending prior to January 1, 2021. The application period for this program closed January 17, 2024 and decisions will be made on all applications at the same time.
