Erica Duncan lives in West Helena and currently receives Medicaid in the form of Ambetter. She has received Medicaid since she was a child. When she became an adult, she started receiving Medicaid under ARHome, more specifically, Blue Cross Blue Shield.  Four years later after the birth of her child, her Medicaid insurance was changed from Blue Cross Blue Shield to Ambetter. When asked if she felt there was any difference in Blue Cross Blue Shield and Ambetter, she stated that they both have the same benefits, so she is satisfied with Ambetter. 

The most important thing to Erica is that her children are covered under AR Kids.  She recently gave birth and did not have to pay anything. Her children are completely covered.  Erica says that having Medicaid allows her children to be covered and she does not have to worry about paying medical bills along with her other bills.
