Martin Blocker lives in Lake View Arkansas, Phillips County.  He has received Medicaid for ten years.  Martin says that he has problems with benefits.  He needs dentures.  His dentures were destroyed in a house fire five years ago.  He has missing teeth and has been without dentures since the fire.  All medicines are covered including his Insulin.  He currently has no out-of-pocket expenses, but he simply wants to “smile again”.  Martin has a “Million Dollar Smile” regardless of him not having dentures, listen here as he shares his story with us.
