Kimberly Edington

Kimberly Edington was raised in Batesville, Arkansas. She is the oldest of seven children (5 girls and 2 boys), with two older stepsiblings.

The legal field has always been her passion, specifically helping people in court to the best of her ability. When she graduated from Batesville High School, she attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. While attending ASTATE, she worked in the Public Defender’s Office, and was the Collaboration Specialist for the Mental Health Court, Veterans Court, and Juvenile Drug Court. She was in charge of keeping communications open with the treatment team, Midsouth Health Systems, and the court officials. She is currently the prosecuting attorney in Independence County for the District Court, Juvenile Court, DWI Treatment Court, and Juvenile Drug Court.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors at Legal Aid, she is on the Board of Directors for Family Violence Prevention, Inc. and Arisa Health.

Kimberly is blessed to be married to her best friend, Jason. they have two beautiful children, Kristopher (7) and Kinley (1). They love to spend their time outdoors, going on side-by-side rides, camping, swimming, and various other outdoor activities.
