Lori Chumbler

Lori Chumbler is Senior Director for Walmart’s Global Ethics Intake team, which she has led since August 2020. She joined Walmart in 2006, as legal counsel for the Tort Litigation team. Since then, she has provided legal support for Walmart in the areas of Employment, Corporate Affairs, and Legal Operations. Ms. Chumbler helped to establish Walmart’s Pro Bono program with Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Legal Aid of Arkansas and led the Walmart Legal Department’s Diversity and Inclusion programs. Ms. Chumbler has also served as legal counsel and Corporate Secretary to the Walmart Foundation.
Prior to joining Walmart, Ms. Chumbler served as senior law clerk for the late Honorable Justice Donald L. Corbin on the Arkansas Supreme Court and also as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Arkansas’s Nineteenth Judicial District. She is a graduate of Drake University Law School and the University of Arkansas.
Ms. Chumbler is the proud mother of one son, Nick, who attends college at Dallas Baptist University, and two French Bulldogs, Ladybird and Russell.
