Brittany Edwards is a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Public Protection Division of the Arkansas Office of the Attorney General. Brittany manages a team of attorneys who protect Arkansans from bad business practices by enforcing the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. A 2023 40 Under 40 Honoree, Brittany is the former Chief Legal Counsel for the Arkansas Department of the Military and has an additional six years of experience in civil litigation. Prior to joining state government, Brittany spent one year with Legal Aid of Arkansas in its medical legal partnership with St. Vincent hospital. Brittany is a West Memphis native who obtained her undergraduate degree from Arkansas State University and her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2016.
